Nobody Gets Left Behind (NGLB) is our name and our mission.  We are dedicated to challenging Fire Service personnel through realistic scenario based interactive training programs.  

The NGLB Training Group was created by firefighters who were looking for more out of classes than just concepts.  We wanted to learn how to apply the concepts.   The NGLB Training Group takes pride in sharing information for all ranks and forces the students to interact.
